PROJECT SUMMARY
For nearly 50 years in Greenock, National Semiconductor and Texas Instruments manufactured silicon chips used on every continent across the globe, and beyond. To capture this legacy, we collaborated with the current and former staff to produce a book that shares memories, photos and a detailed history of operations from their time there. The book not only showcases the history of the factory but also highlights the culture and community that grew up around it. This unique perspective provides an interesting look into industrial heritage and recollection.
